No WiFi or tv channels at all throughout 3day stay and just fobbed us off saying it would be fixed but was not Positive: Stylish Negative: No WiFi at all and no tv customer service from host not good at all Total amount paid included cleaning fee yet they send a message to leave place clean and tidy

Great house, great location but nothing else Positive: Location was perfect. Decor lovely, space great. The kitchen had everything you needed. Negative: The balconies and outdoor spaces. Filthy dirty, rotting decking. Cushions are just left out and they are sodden and dirty . If you want To book this place to enjoy the decks don’t bother, it lacks a lot of maintenance and this lets it down massively. Even the area around the hotub scruffy. This lets it down sadly. The front aspect entrance looks like it’s unhabited.

Amazing big house in the Lake District Positive: The property was lovely! It was immaculate, and very tastefully decorated. It was very close to the centre which was lovely! Negative: Nothing

Wonderfull stay

Positive: Location was great. Negative: Parking was tough to get into. No working tv's for chill time's. One towel per person for a week 🤯 No lighting in the snug area. Very scruffy at the back of property where the hot tub is.
